Code is Female is a programme aimed at changing the narrative of girls in tech in the Zimbabwean context as well as providing career guidance to young girls on the jobs available to them in the tech industry. The programme stems from the G20 E-skills for girls, an annual one-day event, which aims to increase the access of women and girls to digital skills and to boost relevant education and employment opportunities.
